Designed with our International Learners in Mind, the aim of our Bespoke English Courses is to cater to the specific needs of our Adult Learners. Open to all levels, our bespoke English courses are ideal when it comes to supporting adult learners improve their four main skills of English: Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking. Adult Learners are level tested in order to adapt lessons to the specific needs and levels of the learners in the group.
Daily week day Lessons mean that Adult Learners see faster results in a shorter span of time. Each course contains focused lessons of General English where students practice English used in day-to-day life, such as giving advice or making plans. Along with this, active speaking is a core element of this course where you will engage in class-room discussions and receive the required corrections to your grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation to take you to the next level of English.
Business English courses:
are designed to bring the real world of International business into the language classroom. The courses are intended either for students preparing for a career in business or by those already working & who want to improve their English communication skills. Course materials combine some of the most stimulating recent ideas from the world of business with a strongly task-based approach. Throughout the course, students are encouraged to use their own experience in order to maximize involvement and learning.
English for Oil & Gas:
is aimed at employees or students studying in technical specializations. This course uses a multi-thread syllabus consisting mainly of communicative functions, notions, grammar, vocabulary and skills. The work-specific communicative functions are selected on the basis of relevance to the needs of those in technical, training and work contexts. They cover the core language and skills that students need to communicate successfully in the industrial fields of Oil & Gas.
Technical English courses:
are aimed at company employees or students studying in technical specializations. They cover the core language and skills that Learners need to communicate successfully in all technical and industrial fields. Much of the vocabulary covered is that which a specialist in one field might use on a regular basis to function successfully and communicate with others.
Exam Preparation:
IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. The Occupational English Test (known as the OET) is the English Language Test designed for healthcare professionals. This course is designed to specifically prepare you for the IELTS / OET Exams. Therefore, specific preparation for IELTS skills in Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking is given.
Course Outline
You will be able to rapidly expand your English knowledge and gain the confidence you need to start communicating effectively. You will also be able to track your progress through ongoing assessments and homework assignments. Once you pass a level, you will be able to enroll onto the next level which ensures you are constantly learning and progressing your English. On top of this, your learning will take place in one of the world’s most exciting cities. ESP stands for English for Specific Purposes and are specific English lessons scheduled for students who want to improve their English in specific areas. Placement Test
This placement test is designed to give students and teachers of English a quick way of assessing the approximate level of a student’s knowledge of English grammar and usage. The test should take around 45 minutes to complete. At the end of the test you will see your test result and the recommended Level of the course from A1 to C2. For a more accurate assessment of your English language skills, your listening, speaking and writing skills would also have to be assessed.
